He tirelessly worked with my insurance company to get approval for damages I didn’t know I had, but he helped make me aware of post a hail storm earlier in the year.  Upfront he said it was 90% likely to get approved, but would take 2-3 insurance inspectors to get there (longish process based on my carrier, but he assured me he could make it happen).  He is a very honest and respectful individual, who is willing to go the extra mile, and was the last one to leave the job site.  My install happened in 1 day despite having a large roof with many pitches, via use of a large and very professional crew.

From initial contact, to now helping me get a reduction of my homeowners insurance after roof placement, they will earn your trust and respect. Ive been called O.C.D, eccentric, picky, and weird but to me its just that i believe in quality, honesty, being trustworthy. They did a great job of my roof replacement. They removed the old roof on my, 2,700 sq ft home and replaced it in ONE day. They had a level of attention to detail i rarely see anymore. The morning after the new install they were back finishing up details and cleaning. The swept my entire 1.5 acre yard with roller magnets, they picked up dog toys and things I'd been fussing at my kids to do for months, they swept my pool, they blew out my garage, they asked if the could eat their lunch sandwiches in the shade on my porch, then in 15 minutes, they were back to work. They would have filled up my bird feeders and got my mail if I had asked. The job was completely done right. The dealing with insurance, emails, pdf files ,drone pictures, detailed list of products used, everything was handled by Crown Roofing. Even the nice lady in the home office, Bethany, who i didn't meet, was great, They answer the phone when you call. They dont call form strange phone numbers, you dont have to deal with AI, or someone who has such a foreign accent that you cant understand them. I could NOT be more pleased. The did a great job, for a fair price. What else could you ask for? I would recommend them to everyone. I really considered them friends now.
